  • Do you have bulk discount?
    Yes! We consider bulk items at 25 of the same item. But we have some flexibility with that. To learn more ask your TACO rep!
  • Do you design graphics in house?
    Yes! Our Art Lab is absolutely amazing! You are welcome to call or text them at 214-817-3378 with any questions!
  • What is your turn around time (TAT)?
    Of course our goal is always have it to you faster and most of the time it is with in a week! But sometimes it uniformity does take longer which is why we say ur current TAT is 15 business days from when the invoice is paid.

  • How do I need my shirts/apparel looking the best?
    DIGITAL HEAT PRINTING, DTF, Screen and VINYL 1. Turn Garment Inside Out 2. Machine Wash On Cold 3. No Fabric Softener 4. Do Not Bleach 5. Tumble Dry Low Or Hang For Best Care 6. Do Not Iron Over Design EMBROIDERY 1. All embroidered garments should be washed with a mild detergent. 2. Do not use chlorine bleach or optical brightening agents. 3. If bleach is required for washing, use non-chlorine bleach in accordance with product instructions. 4. Machine wash in cold water. 5. Delicate wash cycle. EPOXY TUMBLERS 1. Hand-wash Tumblers only 2. not microwave or put dishwasher use 3. Do not scrubbing, soaking, or exposure 4. Do not drop EPOXY PENS 1. Avoid leaving in extreme temperatures 2. Do not put in mouth 3. Pens are refillable
  • Whats TACO's return policy?
    We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen and we will do what we can to make it right. Here's the legal mumbo jumbo! Cancellation Orders that are canceled before printing will be subject to a Cancellation Fee based on the total order value (Cancellation fees are 10% - 15% of the order value). We are unable to cancel an order once our production team receives the order. Returns To return a Logo Wear Company product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number, simply email us at info@thatapparelco.com and make a request for an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, invoice number, what you would like to return, and why you want to return it. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. All returns require approval by the owner. What cannot be returned: Tumblers & Pens: Once the design is approved and production has begun, the design cannot be altered. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued unless due to workmanship defects. Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please email info@thatapparelco.com or you may wish to purchase a sample product We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and cannot accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed. If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at info@thatapparelco.com within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence. Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of the finished product. To return items: Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  • What is your shipping method?
    We ship mainly with UPS to ensure the quickest ship time. But we do offer shipping with USPS & FedEx. If you have a special request just let us know!
